Research Expertise:
Organic and oxide semiconductor devices, with an emphasis on the development of low-temperature high-performance organic or organic/inorganic hybrid transistors, the device modeling, the reliability analysis, the photo sensor, and the chemical sensor for medical diagnostic. Closely collaborate with medical doctor to do animal experiment and clinical trials. Particularly developing sensors to meet clinical unmet needs such as the non-invasive real-time detection for monitor patients with chronic kidney disease or diabetes.
