研究興趣:

半導體奈米結構與材料,包括半導體量子點、奈米線、奈米鑽石、新穎二維材料等,主題涵蓋光-物質之基本交互作用、微共振腔、單光子輻射與量子光學、載子自旋動力學等,並藉由研究新穎半導體材料之特殊物理特性,發展新世代量子光電與電子元件。
